STRUCTURE + DATES
HOW THE COURSE is structured
We start with our opening ceremony and then meet weekly for 7 live class. There is one integration week at the end of December.
Additionally, we have three transit ceremonies with gifted guest mentors such as a cacao journey, an intuitive painting ritual and a movement + sound session to experience transits live, in time and with our (feeling) body.
In every weekly class we focus on ONE specific, current transit – instead of transit-overwhelm and anxiety.
At the end of each class we talk about the possible energetics, the potentials and challenges of our selected, upcoming, transit of the week.
Over the course of the week each participant observes what comes up in their life when our “transit of the week” happens.
Embodiment practices from somatic experiencing aligned with the transits help you explore, experience, and process the energies in and with your body.
Weekly journaling & reflection prompts in tune with the transits help you to deepen your experience and heighten your awareness.
In the following class we share our lived experiences with this transit and look at example charts of participants (if they want to share their charts with the group).
By doing this, we see how the archetypal predictions (that we made in the class before) played out in real life + in relation to the birth chart.
We become aware of the potentials for growth, healing, and evolution by looking at the deeper dynamics underneath our experiences.
We strengthen our understanding for archetypal energies, evolutionary dynamics, and learn to interact with transits in a conscious, empowering way.

→ Working with transits in an empowering way is a life-long learning process and a daily practice.
You need time to make experiences, observe, practice, integrate, and embody your knowledge. At what time in this process you feel ready to share your perspectives with clients, customers, followers depends on your personal situation, your character, foreknowledge, and many other factors.
However, the course is an entry point, an initiation and a powerful portal into consciously working with transits and developing a regular astrology practice.
I will also share trauma-informed practices from Somatic Experiencing aligned with certain transits so that you can feel, embody and deal with certain energies on a deeper level. However, I am still a student of Somatic Experiencing® International and the course is not the substitute for a (somatic) therapy!

Hi, I am Verena!
In my work I combine Evolutionary Astrology with intuitive guidance.
I started my three-year practitioner training with Somatic Experiencing® International at the beginning of 2024, so that I can connect soul & soma more and more in my offers and bring astrology into your body . Because for me, astrology is a lived, embodied experience.
My calling is to support you in living more (self-)consciously, to rewild and to free yourself from restrictive conditioning. I want you to find your way back to your true, untamed nature and your light.

The course is for advanced or intermediate participants or people with professional astrology knowledge who seek more practice and a regular, empowering transit practice. What should you know? Because we work with transit, birth charts and bi-wheel charts you should be familiar with astrology charts. That means, you should have an understanding about signs, houses, planets and the most common aspects. It’s no problem of you miss a live class because you always get the recording. However, I highly recommend to attend live as often as it is possible for you. Why? The live classes and the direct communication and exchange in the group is the HEART of the course! Sharing your own experiences and learning about the experiences that the other participants have sharpens and deepens your understanding! I will also share somatic practices during the live classes and it is always better to do them live and share your experiences directly with me and the group.

Our weekly live class is 90 min long + we have 3 additional transit ceremonies à 60-90 min. Additionally, you should schedule some reflection time when the transit is happening – maybe you already have a journaling or meditation practice…? However, the energies reflected by transits will show up in your or life anyways ;-)!
