SAFETY AND SATISFACTION FOR TRANSFORMATION: What does your body want? Full Moon in 24° Taurus 01’ on 15th November at 10:28 pm CET
Full Moon in Taurus 2024: boundaries, body and integration through calmness
At the Scorpio New Moon, 2 weeks ago, we came into deeper contact with our subconscious deep Soul Desires. Now, at the Full Moon in Taurus, we feel our physical needs and perceive which of our desires we do not (yet) have the capacity for.
At the Full Moon in Taurus in a trine to Pluto in Capricorn and conjunct Uranus rx in Taurus, you could feel an (inner) conflict: you are undergoing major changes and new things are knocking at the door. But you also feel the need for calm and slowness.
On the one hand, a lot is happening at the moment and you may feel the urge for MORE... and at the same time you feel limitations inside and out.
Taurus Full Moon: Safety & Simplicity
The full moon invites you to find peace in the midst of transformation, to strengthen the connection with your heart and your body, to reflect on your values and to discover simplicity as the key to abundance...
The concise aspects of Pluto and Uranus to the (actually) peace-loving, grounded Taurus Full Moon indicates: Change is inevitable and serves your (self-)liberation, the return to your authentic self and your soul's evolution.
Don't forget that Pluto enters progressive Aquarius shortly after the Taurus Full Moon and doesn't move back into Capricorn for another 250 years. We are on the cusp of a new era...
Change is inevitable and serves your (self-)liberation, the return to your authentic self and your soul's evolution.
Taurus as a reminder: SLOW DOWN.
A part of you (Scorpio) knows that you, we, the collective are in long-term and intense change.
You are finding more and more of your true self (back) and freeing yourself from unnatural constraints, narrow conditioning and (inherited) fears.
You look into your depths and work on your issues.
You become more and more (self-)conscious and shape your life with more clarity.
You have been shaking up the familiar for many months and daring to try something new…
But another part of you (Taurus) simply longs for peace and quiet. Can it please NOT be about further development? Can we please just have peace and quiet?
Yes, we can, we may, we must.
Because rest and integration are essential components of cyclical growth and important prerequisites for transformation. Rest is necessary in order not to freak out...
Even though our soul welcomes change and our Scorpio desires push us forward, our Taurus body reminds us that our being also has a material, physical dimension.
Perhaps the Taurus Full Moon is about giving you exactly what you long for: calm, grounding, peace.
Our bodies and nervous system want to keep us in the safety of the familiar. If you are feeling overwhelmed and longing for rest, this is natural, normal and good. Allow yourself to do so. Don't judge yourself.

How to give your needs space now
Perhaps the fact that you are still stuck in an old pattern is not “self-sabotage” at all, but “just” a signal that your system is not ready yet and that you can give yourself more time for healing and integration. Perhaps it is not self-limitation when you say no to a new possibility, but simply respect for your capacities.
The square between Jupiter rx in Gemini and Saturn going direct in Pisces on the day of the Full Moon also celestially embodies: We need a certain amount of structure and stability in order to expand ourselves sustainably and with integrity.
Which activities, living beings, people, environments or things help you to feel safe and grounded?
Where in your body do you feel safe and grounded? Can you enjoy this feeling and allow yourself this break?
Earth mother Ceres in a trine to the Taurus full moon knows about the importance of nourishment and nutrition. What nourishes your body and soul? But Ceres also knows that transformation and letting go are part of our earthly experience and natural cycles...
No, it's not about withdrawing forever and completely and refusing to change. But if your system is switching to deaf or is totally overwhelmed - because of life - then give in to it.
Calmness and centering are the prerequisites for welcoming new opportunities and being able to act consciously and in accordance with your values... instead of reacting subconsciously driven by fear, trauma and drama.
With Scorpio and Taurus we learn to find a balance between development and rest, emotional night walks and excursions into our blossoming garden.
The current Scorpio period is intense. And you can only maintain this intensity if you pay attention to your physical needs.
The Uranus Pluto vibes to the Taurus Full Moon also symbolize that it is when you allow yourself to rest and integrate that the greatest transformation can take place. When your system feels safe (enough), you will evolve (without forcing and pushing) and take new steps.
With Taurus and Scorpio, issues around giving, investing vs. receiving, having can also be present. In addition, Taurus' ruler Venus, which is also about balance, giving and receiving, is in Capricorn and forms a square to the lunar nodes in Aries and Libra:
You may feel like you are giving more than you are receiving or investing, but not getting back what you think you need.
With Scorpio and Taurus, we can have great hunger (Scorpio) and the feeling of not being filled (Taurus). We can feel like we are not getting what we need, deserve, desire...
Be mindful when these issues come up and don't shame or judge yourself.
Your “insatiable hunger” may have a reason. Perhaps in past lives, in your past, as a child or baby, you had to starve yourself on an emotional or physical level.
Perhaps there are issues around lack present in your ancestral lineage and you have unconsciously adopted them.
It is ok to be hungry. And it's also ok to be full...
In Taurus, we learn to see what we have and to focus on our resources. It may be that you feel a lack and/or are lacking on some levels. Acknowledge this. Be sad and angry. And then see where there is abundance in your life and where you have resources! Be happy and grateful.
Integration during the Full Moon in Taurus - Less is more!
With Taurus, we also learn that less can actually be more. What is REALLY important to you? Let go of what doesn't nourish you and make space for everything that is good for you.
Reduction and simplicity are the keys to abundance!
Take a calm look at your life during the full moon: Which situations, projects and relationships are not nourishing you sustainably and is it important to give less, ask for more or set boundaries? Venus in Capricorn reminds you: you are your own authority. You make your own rules. You can leave situations that are not good for you.
But also see where it is less an external situation that is not satisfying you and more an internal feeling that you can look at.
What lies beneath your “hunger”?
What would fill your soul and/or body and give you a sense of satisfaction and peace?
At the Taurus Full Moon, your emotional frequency (Scorpio) comes together with your physical body (Taurus).
The current Mars-Pluto opposition also indicates that it's important to get to the bottom of the deeper needs beneath your desires:
Why do you want to achieve a certain “outcome” or goal?
What is the feeling you want from it?
You don't always have the power over external circumstances or other people. But you do (often) have power over your inner state and your attitude (energetically and physically) towards events: Your emotional, energetic frequency (Scorpio) is connected to your material, physical world (Taurus).
Even if you don't have and get what you need right now... can you get yourself into the emotional, energetic state you desire right now?
The direct transit of the “Lord of Time”, Saturn and the sextile of the Full Moon to the timeless, eternal Neptune indicates that everything is also a question of divine timing, trust and devotion...
Maybe it comes at different times and in different ways than you think (back to you) and that's a good thing. Maybe it's about not losing faith in yourself and your path, even though it's faltering.
Because maybe your body and your further development simply need more time than you think...?
You can find peace and strengthen yourself if you allow your guides, the universe and God/dess to stand behind you.
Allow yourself to integrate all of this during the Taurus full moon: All the beautiful and painful, exciting and overwhelming, new and old.
What is really important to you?
What does your heart say?
What does your soul long for?
What does your body need?
In this moment, feel that the earth is carrying you, that your heart is beating and that you are always giving your best. And that is more than enough.
